Co-founder and Coach at Superheroes Academy

Brock Argue takes a holistic approach to agility – recognizing that all aspects of the business benefit from the application of agile values and principles. His style of facilitation creates an environment in which high-performing organizations can emerge. Brock’s work includes agile transformations at Digital Oilfield, ADP, Benevity and Suncor. As a dedicated volunteer with the Scrum Alliance, Brock seeks to support the ongoing development of coaches as they seek to transform the world of work. Brock is a Certified Enterprise Coach℠ (CEC) and Certified Team Coach℠ (CTC) through the Scrum Alliance, a Certified Leadership Maturity Coach through the Vertical Development Academy, an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach, and holds his ICF-PCC.

Agile Coach at Homestars

Daniel Chow offers a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience for developing systems and architecture, governance and contracts, people and teams. Drawing on over two decades of experience developing software and building teams for small and large organizations in Canada and the Asia Pacific through agile methods and mindsets, Daniel delivers a rare top-down-bottom-up perspective and deep insights into software business challenges.

Daniel started his career in Hong Kong working with SAP, completed his Computer Technology diploma at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and quickly became a Tech Lead. He transitioned to entrepreneurship by founding an agency which successfully delivered more than 400 software systems. Moving on from the agency, Daniel reentered the workforce, earning his CSP-SM and CSPO certifications and is now focusing on coaching organizations on effective software and team development as an Agile Coach.

Gary is a highly adaptable and trusted servant leader with 25+ years' experience in technology, focusing on Agile mindset and methods as applied to Program and Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Manager. Flow Manager, and Coach roles. He has polished his facilitation and presentation skills to support communication to all levels of an organization. 

Gary is currently in a consulting role focusing on driving Agile and Lean change, optimizing the flow of customer value, and developing loyal, high performing teams to a variety of organizations and teams.  As a dedicated volunteer with Calgary Agile, Agile Open Canada, and internally within Improving, Gary seeks to support the ongoing development, education, and enabling of Agile professionals as they seek to apply new ways of working.

Lisa is passionate about coaching leaders and teams to implement successful and meaningful change in organizations, delivering agile training, optimizing processes with Lean, and building products using Agile approaches. Lisa believes learning is a lifelong process and considers sharing knowledge to be vital in every aspect of her life, which is why Lisa enjoys volunteering for/attending user groups, speaking and facilitating workshops.
